The Crimson 550 from Odyssey Golf delivers Tour quality design at a very accessible price point. Based on the famous Rossie look, this mallet features the slanted hosel and full offset shaft characteristic of the Odyssey family. That setup creates comfort in the hands, and relaxation in the upper body which is key to consistency on the greens. The high-grade stainless steel is striking to look at, and offset by the crimson highlights on the mallet, and the patented Crimson Stronomic insert on the face. Firmer than many inserts, it provides a nice middle-ground between Ping-like steel faces and the soft elastomers in other clubs. Users believe it provides a great balance of power and touch in a very responsive package. The good visuals of the sight lines take aim at the hole with accuracy.
Who should use the Odyssey Crimson Mallet Putter?
