nameScotty Cameron is a legendary name in putter design. His partnership with Titleist has produced a highly acclaimed line of putters, and his mallet designs lead the way in innovation for better putting. When shopping for mallets, check out these SC designs.

The Studio Select Kombi

This is the most acclaimed mallet in the family. It is used by players on all the Tours, and amateurs are enjoying newfound success on the carpet with it, too. The dual bend shaft that has no kinks not only looks great in its aircraft aluminum glow, but produces much better feel to the golfer’s hands than kinked versions. The robust head takes the push and pull out of off-center strikes, and the milled face makes distance control easy. The top line is misted to reduce glare, and boasts a thick T-shaped alignment line that will set you up perfectly at address. Designed for players with lower handicaps, but will improve anyone’s game. You can read a full product review of the Scotty Cameron Kombi Mallet Putter right here.

The Futura Phantom

This mallet looks like it stepped out of the museum of modern art onto the putting green. And it will make any player’s work on the greens more artistic. Quality materials are found in a design that works. The rounded sole reduces the likelihood of unwanted drag. The back weight has been re-centered in the cavity, and produces the work while you focus on correct mechanics. More weight is pushed to the perimeter and the result is an enlarged sweet spot. This club has what it takes to help the novice golfer or high-handicap player overcome some of their deficiencies and make more putts. The Red X

The Red X is a confidence builder. This mallet produces some of the best ball performance in the industry. Every correctly aligned putt has a chance, because the lofted face (4 degrees) gets the ball up out of its resting spot so that it does not drag or skid. Good rotation keeps the ball online. The one-piece face delivers sound feedback, and is weighted for high MOI, meaning it has a very generous sweet spot. The Red X features a charcoal mist finish that cuts down on distractions as you address the ball. Players who enjoy oversized clubs will appreciate what the Red X delivers when called to the carpet. The Studio Select Fastback 1

For years, some of the Tours biggest names have been playing a limited production Cameron design dubbed the Xperimental. Now, based on that blade, SC has fashioned a mallet that blade-traditionalist love! It gives the fabulous feel of a blade, so players know if they are striking the ball well. But the larger, weighted head offers the kind of forgiveness you can’t buy from a blade. The SS Fastback 1 proves why more golfers are looking to Scotty for help in crafting their putting game.
